After years of being told "you should be on the radio" Michael Kussmann finally took the plunge in 2017.  Little did he know that plunge would be a head-first dive into the competitive world of professional voice acting.

Upon graduating from Laurentian University with a degree in media communications, Mike trained VO performance with the likes of Brad Hyland, Kim Handysides, Dave Walsh, Thom Pinto and Lili Wexu and received an audio production accreditation from Mike Russell's Music Radio Creative. 

 

Today, Mike is an accomplished voice actor and audio engineer.  Brands like Mazda, Formula One, Verizon, The US government and T-Mobile have trusted Mike to share their message.  He can also be heard on over 50 Radio stations as the branding or 'Imaging' Voice.

Mike has a broad vocal spectrum ranging from deep announcer to conversational millennial.  With over 3000 paid voice overs completed between Commercial, Narration, E-Learning, Explainer, IVR, Radio Imaging and Trailer/Promo; Mike is well-rounded and a true pro.

Outside the booth, Mike is a family man and a sports fanatic.  He still plays hockey, golf and loves anything outdoors.
